Our Goals
Our goals for the three-phase Painted Bunting Ranch subdivision is to preserve the wildlife habitat and natural beauty of this area. The land adjacent to the subdivision is under a Wildlife Management Plan focused on several Texas songbirds that are at rick of continued population reduction. An endangered songbird, the Golden Cheeked Warbler only nests in central Texas. a threatened species, the Black-Capped Vireo also makes its home in the area. Of course, the Painted Buntings that frequent the area also need habitat and suppliemental water.
